MAKING A DIFFERENCE

TESTIMONY FROM A FOLLOWER OF MY FB PAGE. Natural Spunk N Shine with Sherry

Last night just as the sun was setting I went for a walk with my dog... I was praying and asking the Lord... are you sure you want me to keep doing this new FB page and new program??? Is it something that can really help people or not????

When I got back home, I checked my messages to find this beautiful note was waiting for me. I can't tell you how perfect the timing of it was... It was something I really needed to hear to motivate me to keep working on all of this and keep sharing.

Here is what Ruthann had to say: You are my inspiration today. I was up early and did my usual routine. Then about 10am i set down and actually took time felt my face neck arms and legs. And made a drink which i never do that early. But took a me break. Grab my drink and went and stood in front of the mirror and didn't like me for letting myself go. I looked so tired my skin looks so dry and pastie. It's like I'd lost my glow inside and out.

So I took a long hot lavender bath to relax and think about changes to make. When I got out I stood in front of mirror and realized its been a long time since I took time to pamper myself.

I scrubbed my face n neck and applied lotion. Then looked in my makeup container to discover its been so long it was dried up. Went to my closet to discover I have some cute clothes I've never worn cause so much easier to through on jeans t- shirt and boots or sneakers.

I went to spare bedroom uncluttered my old gazelle exercise machine and set it up to use. Then thought tomorrow while I'm out Christmas shopping I'm gonna splurge on my self for new makeup.

Thank you for showing me I had the Spunk to Shine in me so I can Grow and Glow. - Ruthann
