(One room has a queen size and a twin bed )
(The other room has a full size bed & twin bed)

(Has a big shower and sink, no tub.)
(Towels are provided bring your own toiletries)

(Equipped with dishes, pots & pans)
(Two micro-waves, coffee pot, toaster oven, toaster, hot plate, and two small frigs)
(You may want to bring a cooler for drinks)
(Our tap water is great, no need for bottled)
(Outdoor Grill is available)
Living Area
Couch, Chair, futon for sleeping which has curtains for privacy at night.
Wireless Internet Available
Restaurants nearby.
Dog Kennel available: $10/night
You must ask in advance.
Bringing a dog is upon approval only for maybe a person who wants to go bird hunting.
No dogs are ever allowed inside the bunkhouse.

Lease Horses are Available
All Horses must be current on vaccinations, & health certificates

that is already reserved. NO worries!
I now have more space at my sister's ranch nearby ($100/night).
This is for overflow ((this means AFTER Horse Lover's Bunkhouse
is full, then I can reserve you a spot at my sisters)

Hookup for living quarters trailer $35/night
