(One room has a queen size and a twin bed )

(The other room has a full size bed & full size futon with it's own entrance.)

(Bedding is provided)

(Has a big shower and sink, no tub.)

(Towels are provided bring your own toiletries)

Small Kitchen

(Equipped with dishes, pots & pans)

(Two micro-waves, coffee pot, toaster oven, toaster, hot plate, and small frig)

(You may want to bring a cooler for drinks)

(Our tap water is great, no need for bottled)

Living Area

Couch, Chair, futon for sleeping which has curtains for privacy at night.

Catered Meals Available upon Request.

Dog Kennel available: $10/night

You must ask in advance.

Bringing a dog is upon approval only for maybe a person who wants to go bird hunting.

No dogs are ever allowed inside the bunkhouse.

Other: Golf Course, Swimming pool, Mueseum, Fort Hartsuff, Jeep Rides in the Sandhills, BRAN bike Ride in June,  NE Big Rodeo in July, Catfish Classic in Aug., Junk Jaunt in Sept.

All Horses must be current on vaccinations, and health certificates
